What really can be said for this long time Tampa icon that hasn't been said many times over? Is it the refined elegance with superb service, which is a rare find these days? Is it the French - Vietnamese inspired menu, which has been honed and revised by Chef/Owner BT Nguyen for decades? Is it the crave -able, satisfying, luxurious plates that are so good you have to struggle to not order the same dish time and time again? Is it the duck burrito, or the beef tartare, tuna sashimi, or even the bouillabausse (which is absurdly rich and good)? In reality - its all of it and more. Over her approximately 30 year span in Tampa, BT has continued to earn the respect and admiration of her clients, peers, and loyal staff, as she continues her humble pursuit of culinary perfection. If you haven't been in awhile, go back. If you go regularly, keep going. If you haven't been yet - what are you waiting for?

French food here - very tasty. i give this spot two thumbs up. prices are decent for the quality. not close to my job, i wish it was.
